John Peel
Biography
John Peel was born in Nottingham, the home of Robin Hood, so he grew up hearing and reading stories. Inevitably, he began to also write them.
John's now written over 120 books, including tie-ins to such popular shows as Doctor Who, Star Trek , Quantum Leap, The Outer Limits and Star Wars. John has written a number of books for Candy Jar's Doctor Who spin-off series', including The Midnight People and The Invisible Women for Candy Jar’s popular children's Doctor Who spin-off, The Lucy Wilson Mysteries.
His other children’s books include Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Secret World of Alex Mack, Eerie Indiana, Fireball XL5, Thunderbirds and The Magical States of America. He has also created several series of his own, including Diadem, 2099 and Dragonhome.
John currently lives in New York.
