I have been a licensed marriage and family therapist for the past 15 years. Writing a book was always something I wanted to do! In my private practice, I have seen many adults and children who suffer with anxiety. With this in mind, I decided to create a story that would help parents, caregivers, teachers and little readers (4-7 years old) look at anxiety in a different (but helpful) way. The star is Charlie who learns to change his perspective and use his imagination in order to manage his big emotions.
