Positive Psychology Practice
by Luz de Lourdes Eguiluz
In this book, the authors provide new insights into the applications of this branch of psychology in the fields of education, health, relationships, and work with both small children and the elderly. They also offer important findings on the relationship amongst positive psychology, resilience, and mindfulness.
True optimism is not about contrived positivity; it is based on empirical evidence about the well-being that is achieved through practices that seek to build fulfilling lives.
