Wisdom for Life
Have you ever felt a little lost in life?
Maybe after a relationship has soured, or when your health or finances are declining. Perhaps you are considering what to do with your life and are just not getting any answers.
Information and knowledge have increased at exponential rates—and will continue to do so. It is impossible for anyone to keep up. However, wisdom remains constant. The same principles that worked two thousand years ago are still very relevant today. Everything around us has changed: the environment, the people, and the contexts. But the principles and patterns of wisdom do not change.
In this exciting and powerful new book, Perry Atwal takes the fresh approach of marrying conventional, time-honoured wisdom with personal experiences, creating a modern and useful guide for anyone to become wiser. Topics as diverse as love and relationships, friends and family, health and well-being, learning, money and business, spirituality and faith, and leadership are explored in depth, with numerous examples to illustrate and exercises to deepen understanding. Using his experience of working and living on several continents, with many clients across myriad industries, Perry explores the consistent patterns that surround us and govern our lives.
Given the incredible pace of change around us and the fragility of what we hold dear, never has a book like this been more needed to remind us of what is truly important—and what has worked throughout history. Regardless of your stage in life, you will find abundant nuggets of wisdom within these pages. Are you ready to become wiser?
