VERNE HARNISH is founder of the world-renowned Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), with over 18,000 members world-wide, and founded and chaired for fi fteen years EO’s premiere CEO program held at MIT, a program in which he still teaches today.
Founder and CEO of Scaling Up, a global executive education and coaching company with over 290 partners on six continents, Verne has spent the past four decades helping companies scaleup.
The Global Scaleup Fellow at The Entrepreneurship Center at Harvard, he’s the author of Mastering the Rockefeller Habits; authored The Greatest Business Decisions of All Times, for which Jim Collins wrote the foreword; wrote Scaling Up (Rockefeller Habits 2.0), which has been translated into 26 languages and has won eight major international book awards including the International Book Award for Best General Business book; and is the co-author of Scaling Up Compensation. His latest book is Start to Scale.
Verne serves on several boards including vice chair of The Riordan Clinic; co-founder and chair of Geoversity; and board member of the social venture Million Dollar Women. A private investor in many scaleups, Verne enjoys piano, tennis, and magic as a card-carrying member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians.

KEVIN DAUM is an entrepreneur, author, and speaker who has engaged and inspired audiences around the globe. A serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits, Kevin built an Inc. 500 company, where his sales and marketing techniques resulted in more than $1 billion in sales. Kevin is the award-winning author of several Amazon #1 bestselling books. He is the author, co-author, or major contributor to ten books, including ROAR! Get Heard in the Sales and Marketing Jungle, Video Marketing For Dummies, Building Your Custom Home For Dummies, Creativity and Entrepreneurship, and 12 Lessons in Business Leadership: Insights from the Championship Career of Tom Brady with Anne Mary Ciminelli. Anne Mary Ciminelli
ANNE MARY CIMINELLI is an associate editor at TAE International, where she conducts research, writes, copyedits, and manages projects. She also has experience consulting for small businesses as they construct business plans, explore partnership opportunities, and apply for funding grants. She co-wrote the Amazon bestsellers Building Your Custom Home For Dummies, 12 Lessons in Business Leadership: Insights from the Championship Career of Tom Brady, and Getting the Most for Selling Your Business: How to Get Top Dollar for the Company You’ve Nurtured for Years. Anne Mary is a graduate of the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. She also holds an MBA and a JD from Fordham University. She lives in Potomac, Maryland.
