Description

Every business talks about culture. Few actually build it. In Undeniable, Thomas Amell reveals why most employee engagement efforts fail and what leaders can do differently. Under his leadership, Pioneer grew from $600 million to over $2 billion in assets while building a culture that attracts top talent and turns customers into passionate advocates. Inside, you'll discover: * how to escape the commodity trap that forces businesses into a race to the bottom * build unwavering commitment that outlasts quarterly pressures * hire for values and identify hidden A-players others overlook * create customer advocates through an engaged workforce * think in decades while your competitors chase quarters Written for CEOs, executives, and business leaders in any industry, Undeniable delivers practical wisdom for leaders who want to stop talking about culture and start building something special.

Review
"The importance of strong leadership and culture can't be overstated, especially during challenging times. It takes a leader like Tom who can face adversity head-on and deliver a clear vision that drives performance and unites an organization around a common purpose. This book is a blueprint for any leader who wants to build a company that endures for the long-term." — Jimmy Dunne Vice Chairman, Piper Sandler
