Description

SILVER WINNER OF THE 2026 NAUTILUS BOOK AWARDS, ERIC HOFFER AWARD — GRAND PRIZE FINALIST & SPIRITUALITY HONORABLE MENTION

In a world filled with noise but starved for meaning,
Feed Your Hungry Soul offers manna for your yearning spirit—divine nourishment to sustain you on life's journey.

Four themed sections—Awakening to Oneness, Growth & Transformation, Living Authentically, and Healing & Wholeness—include reflection questions and practices that turn spiritual understanding into embodied wisdom.

In the tradition of beloved works like Thomas Moore's
Care of the Soul, Mark Nepo's The Book of Awakening, and Michael Singer's The Untethered Soul, these essays create a rare alchemy—philosophical depth made accessible through warm, inviting prose. Soulful images provide another pathway into contemplation beyond language.

Whether you're taking your first steps on a spiritual path or deepening an established practice, these essays meet you where you are. This gentle yet powerful guide reminds us that our souls hunger not for more possessions, but for deeper presence—and that within each of us lies an infinite wellspring of love, waiting only to be recognized, expressed, and shared.

Victor Acquista slowly drew me in with his brilliant use of metaphorical stories. He danced me with deep reflection into the true meaning of some words, so common yet misunderstood by me, without his refreshing perspective. Then he exploded into his insightful description of the Oneness, otherwise considered ineffable. I highly recommend this book. -- Deacon Robert Hesse, Ph.D., Chairman & Co-Founder, Contemplative Network, Author of Faith and Science: A Journey into God's Mystical Love, Face to Face: Divine Encounters in God's Earthly Kingdom
